  Pawn shop with a lot of second hand store. Prices seemed a bit high for some popular items so it's better to buy new. As with any pawn shop be wary of stolen goods.

They are running a business and need to resell your precious belongings to make a profit. 2) no pawn shop is gonna offer ya top dollar for anything! They are running a business and if they buy from you at retail price, how are they ever gonna sell it to make a profit. 3) you want to get top dollar for your stuff? Go sell it on eBay, need quick money now? Go to a pawn shop and forget how much time and money It took ya to get the thing you wanted and take a good offer, but also negotiate.
